Unsubscribed

The Unsubscribed tab gathers the users who have opted out of your surveys and communications. It is the place to see who will no longer be contacted, even though they are still part of your organization.

To open it, go to the Users section and select the Unsubscribed tab — the third tab, after Tags.

A user ends up here when they opt out of receiving your communications. This usually happens when they click the unsubscribe link in an email or survey you sent them.

While a user is unsubscribed, they remain in your organization but are excluded from receiving further surveys. They will not be contacted again unless they are subscribed once more.

When no one has unsubscribed, the tab shows the message There are no unsubscribed users.
