Delivery errors
The Delivery errors tab collects the email delivery failures from your organization. It is the place to see which users are not receiving their survey emails, and why, so you can correct the address or take action.
To open it, go to the Users section and select the Delivery errors tab — the fourth tab, after Unsubscribed.
Why an email lands here
Section titled “Why an email lands here”An email appears in this tab when it could not be delivered to the recipient. Common reasons include:
- The email address bounced or is invalid.
- The address no longer exists.
- The recipient’s mailbox is full or is rejecting messages.
While a user has a delivery error, they are effectively unreachable by email and will not receive your surveys until the problem is fixed. This tab helps you spot those users so you can correct their address or take action.
Empty state
Section titled “Empty state”When there are no delivery errors, the tab shows the message There are no email delivery errors.
