Users
The Users page gives you a full view of all the people in your organization. From here, you can search, filter, and manage each user individually.
To access it, go to Organization → Users in the left sidebar.

The page is divided into four tabs:
- Active users — users currently active in the organization.
- Unsubscribed — users who have opted out of receiving surveys.
- Delivery errors — users whose emails could not be delivered.
- Deleted — users that have been removed from the organization.
This article covers the Active users tab. The other tabs are documented separately.
The active users list
Section titled “The active users list”The active users table shows all users currently in your organization. Each row displays:
- Name — the user’s full name.
- Email Address — the email used to send surveys and notifications.
- Permissions — the roles assigned to the user. Possible values are Administrator and Receive surveys. A user can have one or both.
Search and filter
Section titled “Search and filter”You can narrow down the list using the search fields at the top of the table:
- Type in the Name search box to filter by name.
- Type in the Email Address search box to filter by email.
- Use the Permissions dropdown to filter by role.
Sorting
Section titled “Sorting”Click the column headers Name or Email Address to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”If your organization has many users, the list is split across multiple pages. Use the navigation controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages.
Individual user actions
Section titled “Individual user actions”Each row in the table has a ··· icon on the right side. Click it to access the following actions for that user:

Edit user
Section titled “Edit user”Opens the user’s profile, where you can update their name, email address, and permissions.
View hierarchy
Section titled “View hierarchy”Shows the user’s position within your organization’s reporting structure.
Delete
Section titled “Delete”Removes the user from the organization.

How do I find a specific user?
Use the Name and Email Address search boxes, or the Permissions dropdown, at the top of the table.
What permissions can a user have?
Administrator and Receive surveys. A user can have one or both.
What happens when I delete a user?
Deletion is permanent. Their data moves to the Deleted tab and they no longer receive surveys or appear in active reports.
