Survey details

The survey detail view shows a survey’s results and data. It opens when you click a survey’s Title in the Surveys list, or when you use the View Results action button on a survey (see Survey actions).

Section titled “Header”

A common header appears across the whole detail view:

  • ← Back — returns to the Surveys list.
  • The survey title.
  • A badge on the right showing the survey type: Anonymous or Non-anonymous.
  • View survey — opens a preview of the survey as a respondent would see it.
  • Refresh data — refreshes the displayed data. This button appears for Active surveys; it is not shown for Closed surveys.

Tabs

Section titled “Tabs”

The detail view is divided into three tabs:

  • Summary — aggregated metrics and a per-question breakdown of the results. This is the default tab.
  • Participation — participation data, plus the survey’s public shareable link and QR code.
  • Responses — the individual responses submitted to the survey.

Frequently asked questions

How do I open a survey's details?

Click the survey's title in the Surveys list, or use the View Results action button on the survey.

What are the three tabs in the survey detail view?

Why don't I see the Refresh data button?

It appears for Active surveys and is not shown for Closed surveys.
